Programme of IGNOU provides opportunities of sharing experiences gained by teachers.It also enables teachers to select and organise learning experiences according to the requirement of learners. Its aims for developing the understanding & competencies required by teachers for effective teaching-learning process at the secondary stage.

Duration: Minimum duration of the programme is two years.Maximum duration of the programme is five years.
